Associates at Edgeview Partners assume rapidly increasing responsibility as key members of transaction teams serving the Firm’s clients. Associates lead the writing and development of investment memoranda, participate in due diligence sessions, are responsible for the integrity of the valuation analyses, and are encouraged to actively participate in new business development.

Successful candidates will possess the following characteristics:

• M.B.A. from a top-tier business school.
• Outstanding academic performance record.
• Prior work experience involving financial analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong accounting and financial modeling knowledge.
• Highly motivated team player driven to achieve excellence.
